This is the Superteam. Five teams each applied for the Causeway Challenge with different ideas, but the same goal: to get Chattanoogans to socialize in a more diverse and inclusive environment. It became clear that this is an issue people are passionate about not only because it affects our city’s fun-factor, but our ability to attract and retain diverse talent. We have tasked this power-house of applicants to collaboratively develop an awesome, diverse, and inviting event, while also working to make events like this more consistent and sustainable in our city. Each of them holds a unique perspective and represents a unique network. Together we think they can create the social intersection that our city has been missing.
